Is there a cost to setup a team store?

Typically there is no cost to you to have a team store. We will review your needs and confirm any applicable setup costs before building the store.
How long does it take to launch a store?

Timing depends on product selection, artwork readiness, and the complexity of the store. Once the products, pricing, artwork, and fulfillment details are approved, we will provide a clear launch timeline.
Can members personalize their items?

Yes. Stores can offer approved personalization options such as names, numbers, titles, or other identifiers. Available choices and any additional pricing will be displayed directly on the product page.
Can our organization use the store for fundraising?

Yes. When appropriate, an approved fundraising amount can be included in eligible product pricing. We will confirm the fundraising structure, reporting, and payment details before the store launches.
Does the store have to close on a specific date?

Not always. A store can use a defined ordering window for batch production or remain open longer when the products and fulfillment process allow it. We will recommend the best approach for your program.
What happens after the ordering window closes?

Orders move into production after the ordering window closes and the final details are confirmed. Completed orders are then fulfilled using your selected method: bulk shipment, individually packaged bulk shipment, or individual shipping.
Can the store remain private?

Yes. Private stores are available only to people who receive the direct link. Public stores may also appear in the Find Your Store directory when your organization approves public listing.
